Booking Terms

Terms for our Workshops and Events

  • To make a booking for a class, full payment must be made to secure your spot. Payment can be made online or in store. We cannot hold your spot until payment is made.
  • If you cannot attend a workshop or event, we are happy for a friend to take your spot. Unfortunately we can't offer a refund on booked workshops.
  • Hey Maker has the right to cancel or postpone any workshop due to us not meeting our minimum booking numbers. In this case, you will be offered a full refund or you can transfer your booked funds onto another workshop.

Membership Discounts and Deals

  • All our members receive 10% discount off Hey Maker! branded workshops and events. Workshops, seminars, gatherings and events run in our Hey Maker! space by other parties do not receive the 10% discount.
  • Your discount will be deducted at checkout on relevant items, only if you enter the membership quoted discount code.
  • At times we will have extra discounts and deals for members, on products, workshops and events. You will be notified via email.
